Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation For your protection, all jewelry orders are fully insured during transit. Orders over $150 require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping We currently do ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
